Yep. As a DIYer I used your bathroom pack. A useful range with good performance at a sensible price. Well pleased.
You sing your own praise but it is right you should. Good product. Good price.

Re: Customer gets FIFTY holes 50xholes in granite then wants money back. GOOD story!
HI, I need a bit of help please. I had 6 holes to drill into very hard porcelain tiles yesterday. The only bits I could get were Plasplugs. I blunted 2 bits on 2 holes. Is this normal for Plasplugs. Will your bits perform better?
I have to go back and finish the job - just 4 holes to do but do not want another Plasplugs bit.
The holes are 8mm. I was drilling at slow speed with plenty of water - so I think I did my part correctly.

OK I have ordered a pack of 2 x 6mm, 2 x 8mm and non slip guide plate.
Would you like my feedback when I have used them?
I will use plenty of water, could I just check what drill speed you recommend.
Thanks, Karl

Thanks very much Richard, this all sounds very positive. If I'm happy with your drill bits I will pass on a recommendation to some of the other guys I work with.
Could I just double check what drill speed you would advise me to use?
Cheers, Karl

Re: Customer gets FIFTY holes 50xholes in granite then wants money back. GOOD story!
The drills arrived Monday morning so thanks for fast delivery.
Unfortunately because of the time I lost messing about with the Plasplug bits, which incidentally I will be sending back to them because in my opinion they are not fit for purpose, I had to move onto my next job.
So I subbed the job out to another bathroom fitter mate of mine.
Well he rang me on the morning that he was doing the job and asked if I wanted feedback on the 8mm Porsadrill bit I had given him.
I thought "oh no he's going to say they are a load of rubbish", but in fact quite the opposite. He couldn't get over the fact that he had just drilled 4 holes in 4 minutes into really hard porcelain (it had taken me 1 hour and 2 bits to do 2 holes with the Plasplugs).
His words were "these are the best bits I have used by a million miles".
So you can also expect an order from him as I have passed on your details. You now have 2 new converts.
Thank you very much, I now have a reliable and fast solution for drilling tough tiles, something that has always proved to be a problem area in the past.

Nice one!
As mentioned before the biggest marketing tool we have is word of mouth. A lot of professionals are sharing the info from plumber to tiler.
Really pleased the tool did the work for you and that the review is positive!
