Let me assure you not to confuse our brand (365 Drills PORSADRILL) with cheap imports or other drills. At our factory in Sheffield (England) we produce these to very high specs.

At the working end of each drill we combine a secret blend of high quality diamonds mixed with our own adhesive bond.

We cant go into detail on forums about what we do to make these drills so strong because of competitor interest.

But we can say all the drills are now stronger than ever thanks to upgrades in the materials which have been introduced slowly over three years.

One secret I can reveal is about the gauge of our metal. Our drills are made with ultra-thin metal. The reason has nothing to do with us being saving cash, or economical with materials or even saving on the cost of postage.

However - Having ultra thin metal does help us achieve all those three thing!

No. The metal we use is designed to rip heat out of the process by getting rid of it quickly both by air cooling and of course water cooling.

Below is a different brand of tile drill. But we have spotted some flaws in its design

Our professional opinion (And its just OUR opinion) is that our competitors have used too much metal. This has a dual impact on drilling
    1) More metal = less diamonds
    2) More metal = more heat and a faster failure rate.

In contrast our bits have a thin bore. And the ends have diamonds reinforced onto them.

We have carried out hundreds of tests and above you can see the spent cores including those of our competitors. Having done all this research it means we can make ours more efficient.

The bottom line is not to worry too much about what we say (or what we claim). Just know that other people who are not involved with 365Drills are prepared to give verdicts on our product. Go by their comments - not by ours.

And if you really would like to see actual real time proof then take a look at our ebay account . This is the place where anyone can say anything about the product they have bought. We've moved over 1200 units this year so what do the buyers of this product say about our

    So Far

1200 plus people think we do a good job

Nobody (Zero) People have had any complaints. Including Product, Service, Delivery etc.

Nobody (Zero) People were prepared to give us a middle of the road. Thats when people have got a Mild complaint or slightly unhappy. Not enough to bad mouth you but you did something to P them off. (Maybe slow post or wrong item sent etc). They hit the middle button as a sort of "warning" shot.

Anyway bottom line here is that when you come to our site and make that purchase we are going to look after you from the point of order so that you will be our loyal customer and will tell others about us.
