In May 2008 our tile-drills recieved the magic feedback record of ONE THOUSAND and its thanks to installers, tilers, plumbers like you that helped get us there.

Many thanks to our ebay customer base who have supported us with valuable comments and feedback.

E-bay customers do tend to "tell it like it is" and are quick to complain if things dont go their way. So our record is a precious tool.

One of the harshest things we get picked on is the high PP charges for selling the guide plate as a spare part.

We make no appology for this. If someone doesnt buy our drills and just wants the guide plate to work with our competitors drills then they have to pay for our time, effort, picking, packing, invoicing, shipping and patent rights.

Those ebayers who choose to buy the diamond drills combined with our guide plate get PP at £2.99 plus the plate is free of charge.

The only ever negative comment we had was from a French guy who waited 21 days over Xmas for delivery of his goods. His parcel was lost by the delivery company (not us) and 365drills tried to replace his goods. But I was away ski-ing. So we took that neg on the chin.

Sadly our days on ebay (and online) are coming to an end as we come to the end of an era of direct selling. Soon we will announce a new strategy which involves the use of a distribution partner with sole rights to the UK.

Buyers will still pay the same low prices but not direct to us. Instead other sellers will take over on ebay, online and in retail as we step out of the selling arena and concentrate on manufacturing.

We had a great run on ebay and topping the 1000 fb is a great note to go out on.

That's brilliant news. I was once a powerseller myself and it's bloody hard going making sure you're +'s keep coming in. That ebay bunch can sometimes be not so forgiving. Though I'm pleased to say I too had 100% feedback.

Right, I've already told Richard in a PM, but I might as well post about it here as well:

Turns out it's the Swedish postal service that messed up. When I checked with them last week, they claimed they'd recieved nothing for me, but when I checked with them today, they said they'd had my package since like the 2nd this month

The

forgot to send a notice for me to pick it up

Anyways: If they had it the 2nd this month, it took 5 days for the package to arrive, which is quite good for over seas shipping. If only they'd let me know sooner

Picked them up, and I'll be using them tomorrow.

One of the things we pride ourselves on is customer care.

Thats why we have a call line open 24hrs a day. And why we act fast to resolve any issues.

In most cases its about delivery (something outside our control) and is as frustrating for us as it is for customers.

In the post above its clear the issue is with delivery. Even so a second pack was sent out at our cost and is on its way to Sweden. Our view is that its better to lose profit than a customer. So replacement goods sent.

This case raises typical issues of any online seller - IE ontime delivery. That's why its critical for us to take the next step and move into well known high street retail chains.

The reward for us is volume sales. The sacrifice is customer contact and margins. Lets hope phaseII works out!

I feel a bit spoiled by your treatment

Good customer service is as important as a good product, and as far as I can tell, you have both. I've tested your product now, and I must say I like it. Drilled ten holes in grade 5 porcelain today, and they ate through the tiles relatively easily. I'm going to test the first kit to destruction, and if I'm sufficiently happy with the cost per hole ratio, and I'm sure I will be, I'll order some spare BF-kits and all the other sizes I need. A couple of tiler and plumber friends have expressed interest as well. Also, next time I speak with my uncle, the retailer, I'll do some marketing for you

Consider it an attempt to repay you for the replacement kit you so graciously sent

Well quicker than to Sweden I hope!

Our charges are £2.99 for two day delivery (Royal Mail signed for service)
£8.95 for the next day guaranteed by 1pm
£15 for a guaranteed 8am Saturday delivery
£50 within two hours anywhere in the M25 area by personal delivery.

We use the company car because at £1.15 a litre it does 60mpg
