You might as well tip the sealer down the drain because it's the same thing. A topical sealer probably won't be able to adhere even on a riven surface and a penetrating sealer is only going to soak into the grout so if thats the case just use a spray on grout sealer

Sorry guys thats probably me thats confused the issue - Can I not use Lithofin on the face of ceramic tiles then? - I must have read it incorrectly on their website!

Edit - After thinking about it I realize know that the Glaze on the tile is the seal
Itself...


Certainly dont want to waste my time or her money. The recommendation then to use a scrubbing machine and a wet vac? I got the impression she wanted to avoid any more work!
- I guess I could offer to mop it once a week for her!
