Default Help Questions

Please !! stone is a pain in the arse when it goes wrong but most problems can be sorted. To try and help you you have to include certain info in the question so no matter who answers they have something to work with:

What stone is it travertine, limestone etc

Does the stone have a name, classico, Crema Mafil etc

How long has it been fixed

Is it colour intensified, what make was used

Is there a stain preventative applied, what make was used

Now you have a chance

just trying to help
