Question Polished Porcelain Tiles - Sealed but still being stained by diluting juice- Help!

I had polished porcelain tiles laid in the kitchen by a family friend. These were sealed using Lithofin FZ Protective Impregnator however the tiles are still being stained. I assumed that he hadnt used enough sealer but before attempting to reseal the tiles i had to try to remove the stains! I used LTP Grimex Heavy Duty Grime Remover to remove the stains - didnt completely remove them but helped a bit. Ive just spent the weekend cleaning and resealing the tiles using the same Lithofin Protective Impregnator only to find that the tiles are being stained just as much as they were before i started. Most of these stains will be due to diluting juice. Please help as I really do not know what to do next. I love my floor but cant cope with all this hassle! Can anyone recommend a good cleaner to remove juice stains and a good sealer that will actually prevent the juice spills from becoming a stain. Thanks!

Lithofin impregnator is just a protector to help against staining and the removal of stains is made easier by using it....If you spill anything acidic you should wipe up straight away to prevent it staining...

LITHOFIN
FZ Protective Impregnator - 1L
For fully vitrified ceramic and porcelain tiles. Ready-to-use special impregnation fluid with special oil and grease repellent additives. Lithofin FZ Protective Impregnator creates an oil and water repellent zone, and is especially effective on low absorbancy surfaces. This helps reduce sensitivity to staining and makes stains easier to remove. Surfaces protected with this treatment are less sensitive to dirt and easier to maintain.

Durability:

Life expectancy ca. 5 years in external areas. When used inside, the life will depend on the type and frequency of care and maintenance products used. Products with a strong de-greasing action, highly aggressive cleaning products or products which form layers are not suitable.

Post-treatment:

Lithofin FZ Conditioning Cleaner is recommended as a regular cleaning and maintenance product. In areas subjected to high levels of dirt / wear use Lithofin FZ Intensive Cleaner occasionally or regularly as necessary.

So to some it up..make sure you clean any spills straight away....
