Default How best to clean new marble floor before sealing?

I'm getting ready to lay my marble floor and obviously want them to look their best.
The tiles are still in a wooden crate so quite dusty, the tile sealer I've got is Dry Treat Stain Proof but am wondering what would be best to use before I seal them.
Just a wipe down with water or chemical cleanser?
Also once I have sealed them how do I keep them looking their best? I do have a rotary polisher for doing paint correction on my car could I use that to buff up or apply products?
These are the tiles I'm using:

    Thanks

A wipe over with clean water as you lay

The best way to keep them polished is to get some twister pads and a rotary polishing machine.
