Tile floor strip & seal
I have cleaned many stone & ceramic tile floors but just my 1st quote today due to price. The customer didn't have any other quotes to go by but was simply surprised at the cost.
I won't be changing my pricing but just interested to find out what others from tiling backgrounds are charging since I have come from carpet cleaning.
The job was a big kitchen terracotta floor, 40m2, which needed stripping and resealing. I estimated the job would take 2 of us a day and quoted £480 plus the cost of the sealer and I gave several options.
This is quite a typical price. For large stone kitchen floors I usually book in for a full day and charge from £450 to £550 for clean & impregnate, maybe more for stripping and topical sealing.
