Have you contacted TileFlair? If so, what was their advice on the matter?

I'd suspect if grimex isn't working on it, it's going to be hard to get off. I'd be interested in hearing the outcome of this for future reference.

    Anybody else got any suggestions?

    omg

that's fine if they're paying for the buffing machine and a professional tile restorer to come in and do the work

mike, take them back and ask for a refund. if the ones on display don't have those marks in them, then why should you accept a batch of tiles that does

All sorted now, tileflair tried to remove marks to no avail, so got a full refund, picking up some different tiles in the morning, out of pocket for today and messing around getting more tiles also asked them about ltp solvex, they said not to be used on polished porc.
