Guys I have a real problem and need some advice

I recently employed some tilers who for some bizarre reason walked off the job in the middle of the night and aside from commiting a couple of acts of criminal damage like smashing a caravan window, also defaced another tilers work by smearing his completed shower area with trowel loads of grout.

I've had two people all day use three different chemicals to attempt to clean the tiles - but to no avail.

Ok

How big an area ?

Its bottocino marble mosaic tough as old boots and you wont get it off with a chemical yet............get yourself a window scraper one with a stanley blade in and shave away at it until you have got as much as you can off.
