Well given the above it sounds like a riven multycolour are you sure you have watermarks ?. Are they cloudy marks if so the installer has used a slate seal type product which is no good in the wet as it will blow. If this is the case then I would sugest you get hold of a local professional as the sealer will need removeing and replacing with a more suitable one.

Yes, I'm sure it's water stains. It's mostly white streaks towards the bottom of the shower walls. So you thing the sealant needs stripped and reapplied with a different sealer?

If its white then the sealer is blown so yes I would proceed as above
