Discuss which adhesive in the Tile Adhesive and Grout at Tilers Forum; hi all need some advise on best adhesive to use on painted ply boxing been told mapei p25 would be ok...

    hi all

    need some advise on best adhesive to use on painted ply boxing been told mapei p25 would be ok

    Sand it down to give the adhesive something to key to. Not sure about the mapei adhesive don't use it

    hi thanks for the help p25 is a ready mixed bucket adhesive very flexable suitalble for wood

    where abouts are you?, P25 isn't a uk adhesive..? D2 might be the equivalent..

    as above,overboard with plasterboard...1st off all though is the ply thick and well fixed?
