Mosaic advice
hi,
Anyone advise of tried and tested method for installing glass mosaic vertical strip between ceramic. Concerned with slippage etc. Would you tile both sides of strip and then fit, or as you go...using SPF over waterproofed shower area. Would I need Mosaic Fix just for the strip area? Do you use spacers between mosaics?
Thanks

Re: Mosaic advice
i would tile as go with most mosaics but sometimes the glass takes longer to set even with mosaic fix and will slip so you might have to jump from what you are doing and try and keep them going, yes i would use spacers

paul,i would fix the main tiles leaving your space for border. check you dont need to dogtooth the void to allow for diff tile thicknesses,go with mosaic fix yes,,pad them on with a float not your hands and also u could use panel pins to hold them up unless you have tanked the wall of course

Re: Mosaic advice
you could tape them, i very much would doubt it would take the mosaics when removing if adhered properly
