Just a quickie i have a bathroom to do soon with 60x30 Porcelain tiles , the walls are painted so i need to get that off, The walls are float and set as i can see,
Would this be okay with the weight the tiles are no more than 10mm think if that

Check the weight of 5 tiles and if they are more than 20kg you risk a potential failure - assuming the painted wall is a plastered skim background.

yes the wall is skim and backing from what i can see, so id have board over? be a shame its one flattest walls Ive had to tile
