Default advice on grout colour to hide dirt

I have beige coloured floor tiles but am regrouting to replace ivory grout which despite sealing became filthy and looked awful. I gather grey should be best but Mapei do 4 types from dark grey to lighter. I do not want to use sealer again. Should i go for the dark one? Also would the professionals say Mapei is better than Bal to apply and to last and to repel dirt? Also any advice on removing the grout (5 rooms!!)

how do you protect the surrounding tiles and do you have to prepare the grout surface first? I want a good lasting result and would rather do more work to achieve this than be dissatisfied again.

Give the floor a clean with Cement Away ( same company) or other grout cleaner. When you paint the joints after about 15- 20 minutes if you use a damp spnge and wipe over the tile it will come clean and leave the joint coloured. Worth a try at the small cost ?

What colour would be best to cover the dirty limestone grout, considering the tiles are beige I don't want to use black, would grey cover well?

I haven't used the above product but will take they guys word on it. If you are unhappy with finish for whatever reason, you could consider using an epoxy grout. This would be a big job and not a fun one at that so Id try the grout colourer first
