I have been using quite a bit of Weber adhesives lately. and the last one was Weber thick bed.

I was really impressed with it and it held it's shape and body really well and no slumping and excellent coverage on the tiles.. 60x60 porcs..

Anybody else been trying Weber recently or are already Weber users.

i use there weber.set rapid plus, all the time now for floors, and like doug love there slc, good products at an excellent price imo.

I used to use the adhesives loads, but the supplier I got it from has gone down hill so I don't go there at all anymore. Mixes up really creamy.

It was always thier primer I had issues with, I don't know whether they still say keep coating gypsum until it stops absorbing, but they use to, and that stopped me using their cement adhesive on walls.

I use weber all the time in all of the different formats along with the primers found them to be good adhesives and easy to work with....but not a fan of their slc still prefer the mapei slc it just seems to mix better......but that may be more down to me than the product.

Weber adhesive is very good. I use their floor and tubbed wall tile adhesives and found them to be the best I have come across. Most tile centers seem to stock the mapei one now which I think is just as good.

A local supplier said he was changing to Weber, just a waiting game to see if he does..

I love the stuff, spent 2 years subbying down south and used weber adhesive and grout on 90% of jobs. Back up north again now and haven't got a local supplier who stocks it....Yet!!

Used Weber rapid spf for the first time as it was on special at CTD and thought it was very good!

Been using it all this month, took a pallet of the white flex (brown bag) suitable for decouplers,from CTD after a recomendation from Dave

Really liked it good shape & texture creamy as Bri says, goes off like a rocket too. Thanks Dave for the warning.

Havent tried any other addy or grout yet.

Yep Dave, Weber has been my main product base for tiling for years and I think the new SPF is a fantastic product with a good working time and easy to trowel quickly. It can also be made pourable for large format and stone tiles. I love it for riven slate as you can bed so easily into it with 100% coverage, and the grouts are very easy to use if mixed to their specification, so from me all round.

Been using a bit of it too lately but I don't think their range is that big certainly not as many products as Mapei available to choose from for your task in hand. For example they don't do a standard set flexi, only a rapid set. In the end I used their thickbed which I think states goes from 3-25mm.

Weber do a slow set flexible in a blue bag. Which is the slower version of the low dust stuff. I use it in the hot months for conservatory floors, shame it's not low dust though.

really? I couldn't find one on their website when I was checking out their range a few months back.
