adhesives for stone
afternoon all
being stuck out in deep dark devon im very limited on the adhesive i can get my hands on. basically BAL, BAL , BAL a bit of norcross and mapei as long as i wait for delivery.
i know its personal preference but when using marble or travertine on solid screeded floor which would be your adhesive of choice. i keep getting bugged by a norcross rep i know to use his stuff but heard indifferent reports on here.
cheers in advance for taking time out to answer

Re: ahesives for stone
You will not go wrong with either Mapei or Bal..
Mapei will be cheaper no doubt.. but stick with what you know..
Mapei have a new! Stone adhesive out now.. and it is very nice to use..

I do , I used to be a BAL user for a lot of years.
The Mapei one is called marble and stone adhesive , really nice to use, great bucket life and even better price
