anyone got any advice on the best grout to use on the market. i am currently on a job using mapei grout. it has a realy good quality finish once cleaned but i find it harder to work with than the bal mocroban stuff i have used in the past.

sovergn make good grouts, very clean to work with

Ardex or Mapei for me.

is a hard one to beat

i use bal grouts...

granfix for me

I use Mapei and Nicobond....

pci for me and mapei

i like both mapei and bal, as long as they're not limestone

Mapei or Bal, like to try the Sovereign grout though.

I don't think it is a case of what is the BEST grout, it is a case of what grouts suit you.. loads of good makes but not all tilers choose the same ones.. so find one you like and stick with it..

I use BAL grouts, I like mapei but my nearest supplier is 30 miles away so don't get to use them often.

Mapei Ultracolour Plus for me, but it needs to be mixed twice. Once you get used to using it I really don't think it can be beaten.
