    A customer of mine saw that video and decided that she wanted epoxy grout on her floor, she was so upset when she ordered Kerapoxy and it didnt come with a pair of gloves

    Love these "Manufacturers Videos" always makes me wonder:

    - My neighbour Bob makes a more professional looking video.
    - Why the Americans always have to do things differently (Mapei UK do not recommend this method - who is right?).
    - They all seem to have bought replay rights on the backing music for SimCity2000.
    - How many forum members spend their evenings surfing YouiTube for the latest tiling vids....
