is there an adhesive for green screed in the
Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums;
anyone know of alternative to ditra or pecilastic to tile over newly laid screed laid over water underfloor heat pipes
sand/cement with fibres screed only been down one week.

is there an adhesive for green screed
anyone know of alternative to ditra or pecilastic to tile over newly laid screed laid over water underfloor heat pipes
sand/cement with fibres screed only been down one week.
I have heard of adhesive to go over green screed that allows for movement/ drying etcc but dont know where to get it and imagine it is very expensive.
any info or costs helpful

BAL do green screed adhesive and Mapei do a product too but not sure of the name.

You can get the NEW!! dural membrane from our Sponsor.. PHG Wetrooms on 01388-776211.. this will work to help any moisture escape via the vapour equalisation properties of the membrane.

i know dural . should have included with ditra/pecilatic.
wondering if there was acheaper option than these decoupling membaranes

Dural is the better priced if you phone above, A green screed adhesive is expensive but will not cope if the screed cracks..

bal green screed isn't flexable so you may have to add an A.D1 additive as well.
