A car product cement + grout remover... in the
Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums;
this sounds really handy - do we have something like this in the UK and has anyone ever used it? Seems like a stronger version of sugar soap...

I need some of that after the mixer splashed up the side of the van and it didnt get cleaned!

thats interesting and yes its a sugar soap but sugar soap can etch paint and they claim this product doesnt, would be handy on tough grout haze
I know nothing I havent learnt

That's what I thought, Mike, and probably even strong enough to remove fresh grout from mosaics - I did some research on behalf of a friend in the USA who started grouting her piece she spent months on only to find that that grout colour was a bit big mistake, and we were looking at grout removers etc, available in the US ... I think it sounds amazing...
