sealing question
HI
I know this may have come up befor but here goes.
I have some porcelian tiles finished in a rock face effect (rough surface). Now they keep getting really dirty on the surface from people walking on them. Now the water test is a bit difficult because its underfloor heating on constantly as its a big building so they wont just turn it off. How could i prevent this so when the floor is mopped it will take the dirt / dust off because when mopped it just comes back when it dries. thanks in advance

Re: sealing question
It sounds like a pressed surface pattern and more than likely glazed even if matt in finish..
A stronger cleaner will help and maybe even a wash wax type care will help in keeping them somewhere near clean'ish.. that is the down fall of this type of covering, not really suitable for heavy traffic areas that bring in dirt..
