grout colourant
I've got Bal microflex grout in grey in it's turned out a bit paler than I wanted. The colour I wanted was about right when the grout was wet, but it dried out quite a lot lighter. Am I right in thinking that Aqua mix grout colourant would sort this out, and if so, do you think 'natural grey' or 'charcoal grey' would take it back to the shade of grey I'm after?
Thanks

Re: grout colourant
Its harde to say if it will give you the shade you require as we cant see through your eyes but it will work. I have a similar issue coming up soon.

Re: grout colourant
Thanks. Does it go on in separate coats? So, if I order the darker one and it looks a bit dark, could I just apply one thin coat to get a smaller degree of darkening?
Sorry to be bothering you guys with this, but there don't seem to be any contact details for Aqua Mix company.

Re: grout colourant
You could try aqua mix enrich and seal on the joints, this will darken them some.. worth a shot before trying to colour them.

Re: grout colourant
only problem with that is it costs £50, unless it's possible to buy small bottles anywhere?

Re: grout colourant
The colours of the Aquamix grout colorant are are very good one coat will give you the colour you want, applying more coats will not make it go darker it will stay the same. As there are 24 colours im sure you will find one that is spot on. Good Luck
