can any one help me i have been doing up my bathroom trying to tile the side of the bath over MDF but tile,s wont stick any sugestions would be gratefull

Mdf is not suitable for tiling.

remove mdf and replace with plasterboard.

As already mentioned it is really not a suitable substrate to tile too.. stick with the suggestions above and it will stick no probs.
