    Default HELP---Tile Grout (Kerakoll) ----Colour change!!!!!

    Hi all,

    I have recently had some new porciline tiles layed, with Kerakoll Jasmine colour grout, and a lot of the t section joints appear to be slightly yellower (So, looks dirty)???? anyone know why this could happen.

    This could be incorrect mixing or over washed... hard to tell without actually seeing it, please do express your concerns to your tile fixer.

    If you are concerned about the finish please contact Kerakoll on 01527 578000 and we will arrange for the Area Sales Manager in your area to come and take a look. Was the grout in question 0-5mm?
