Over the last few years I've used single part flexi as "the norm" even tho sometimes an unmodified addy would suffice. It costs a little extra but worth it imo.
Do you use an unmodified adhesive when it will do the job or do you plum for the modified?

Mostly I do the same as you Doug. Only if I need to cut costs do i use a lower spec addy ( as long as it is suitable for my needs of course)

Re: class of adhesive, what do you use?
As DC says, virtually no price diff so no reason to use anything but flexi

Re: class of adhesive, what do you use?
Flexi for me too, they are easier to use nowadays with longer open times and better predictability, only use unmodified if my customer has supplied it or cost of flexi is prohibitive
