Default Re boarding, joints and screw holes

Have put new PB up in my bathroom. Nice flat, even blank canvas for tiling on to. What should I use to fill the joints (square edged PB) and screw holes. To be tiled straight onto, no tanking required.

Just a bit of scrim on the joints and wipe some addy over it before you fix the tiles.
