1) I have some mapei primer G, shall i give it a coat over some plasterboard prior to tiling and if so what are the reasons for this?
2) Im using large ceramic tiles in a bathroom. for adhesive i was thinking cementious (not repidset) should i need flexible?

Re: tiling onto plasterboard questions?
I would give it prime just in case you have any bare gypsum showing.
Use a single part flexible

Re: tiling onto plasterboard questions?
ahh both good advice., yes ill defo tape and skim joints.
ill use my primer, 50.50 watered mix.
and im gona use mapei kera flex (not rapidset).
thanks
p.s if i use mapei primer g and then mapei keraflex and them BAL grout. would i not be covered by mapei in the eventuality of any problems because i switched to BAL for the grout.?
thanks
