changing adhesive in middle of tiling advise pls in the

bought 20kg bal flexible white adhesive for stones but think might run short
dont need another 20 kg
1)would it be ok to use mapei 5kg bags to the ... -

2) which mapei product pls-keraquick?keraflex etc
tiles are marble 300/300 12mm
