Just when you see the light at the end of the tunnel, the bulb blows.

The client wants burgundy coloured grout the bathroom is emperador dark marble! (it was at this point I thought about lieing down in the powershower and make believe this was all a bad dream).

    Has anyone got any suggestions?

I showed her the Mapei grout selection folder, she said no, this is after doing 4 sample areas of diff coloured grouts.

I had to walk of site, for a walk around the block, or Id have lost it big time.

If anybody from Mapei is reading this i'd like to suggest that 110 and 111 are renumbered and swapped around so that the light shade is first in the colour chart, it messes with my chi. That's all i have to say

Deep breaths my friend - in through the nose, out through the mouth

Unfortunately for you - she's the boss

Just tell her if it's not in the Mapei box, you can't get it. If she wahts to sorce the colour she wants herself, you'll gladly use it

At the end of the day, if it's not available from Mapei, she'll not find anything else
