Aquamix grout colourant and stone
I've had an enquiry from a customer with an external porch tiled with tumbled marble mosaic and the bal grey grout has dried very patchy. I was going to order aquamix grey colourant but won't be able to use the phos. acid substitute as its soft stone, can anyone confirm that the colourant will work ok without the acid etching or is there another solution?
Cheers
Lee.

Re: Aquamix grout colourant and stone
Aqua mix do make a pre-treatment cleaner..
Grout Colourant Pre-Treat Cleaner
Aqua Mix Grout Colourant Pre-Treat Cleaner is an effective ready-to-use cleaner designed remove dirt, soil, soap scum and hard water deposits from grout joints. Prepares non-epoxy grout joints by lightly etching the surface for a superior Aqua Mix Grout Colourant bond.
Might be worth phoning them to ask..
