    Exclamation Advice

Hi all looking for some advice started a kitchen today removed all existing tiles they were fixed to bare brick in most places and skim in others.
I have also lifted the floor back to the boards.

Im thinking of straping the walls and using 6mm hardieboard on the walls and floor and then fixing. Just wondered if this is the best option.

Thanks in advance The Tartan Tiler

Hardi 250 can be used for walls but it must be full coverage fixed as in adhesive bed and mechanically fixed.. but PB would be easier.

As for the floor, then hardi 250 is fine but the substrate must be sound first.
