    Default concrete floor

hi, im tiling a 2m2 downstairs toilet in 300x300 polished porcelain tiles in a new build.. The floor after pulling the carpet up is concrete and is a little uneven in sone places. I mean there are small 4mm deep holes in places. I just wondered would you throw a self leveller down or would you just fill the small holes in with adhesive? also i'm going to buy an impregnator to seal the tiles and just wondered the best way to apply this. cheers for any help.

For such a small job i would skim over with adhesive and let set. If i had the time and materials i may use self leveller.Iits your choice and would depend on the tile being used. If it were Mosaic then deffo levelling compound.

    What sealer have you got?

I would apply 1 coat of sealer before tiling and 1 coat after I grouted tiles, you can seal it with roller, let sealer dry and then remove excess with clean cloth (it takes about 30min.)
