    Default Soverign adhesive and grout

A client has supplied Soverign fast fix adhesive as well as pre mixed wall adhesive and bagged grout for her new house. It has UFH and the fast fix is not flexible. Is it ok for walls?
Has anyone any experiance with this brand?
Should I get her to take it all back?

I've used Soverign but fast fix adhesive is'nt one I've come across, if it's not flexible it wo'nt be a lot of good with ufh.

Tiles are 600mm x 300mm ceramic made in Italy. They were purchased from Crocatile I think.
