tub adhesive on a floor. in the
Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums;
started a job this morning a shower room only small, so when i get there the hallway is tiled but not grouted and the kitchen aswell, so i ask why ... -

started a job this morning a shower room only small, so when i get there the hallway is tiled but not grouted and the kitchen aswell, so i ask why the tiler isnt doing the shower room.....
he had used tubbed wickes ashesive and every tile was coming up and in tha kitched he had tiled the floor the same, i pulled a few up and hed just dot and dabbed them. il try get some pics on the camera 2mz, this was a real cowboy..
hopefully il get the work and put it right.

nice one mate, they are out there!!!! i think the recession is to blame to , peeps desperate to work, and peeps looking for cheap job's

Ime up against this all the time in Spain, most of the houses i work on are old, walls everywhere so need loads of prep but British expats are a tight bunch so they have a cheap Spaniard in who blobs it out in dot and dab which looks good till it falls of the wall then call me to put it right but now have spent there money and cant afford the cost to sort it out.
I hate them all short sighted meanies.
