mapei do one I say it on a leaflet they sent me. Looks like carpet tiles.

I've used one I think it's called "ecofloor" a black foam like substance, about 6mm thick. It was used where all floor tiling was done in a (very expensive, starting price £400,000) apartment block, I must say that it really did cushion the impact noise of peeps walking on tiled floors in the above apts

Most if the sound proof matting I know of is under screed type so not suitable for receiving tiles directly. Only onles I know of for tiling to are Schluter and PCI.
If you want a list of the underscreed ones I would be happy to post a list.
