Advice needed: Best adhesive for large format?
Hey fellow tilers,
Quite new to tiling, done a course and done several jobs with success, however I have a job at the moment and the customer has 30x50cm ceramics, to go on to plasterboard.
Just wondering if anyone has advice on a particular adhesive I should use, I know it will be powder based but not sure what exact one to go for.
The customer has large granite sparkly floor tiles to be installed also, talk about in at the deep end!
Thanks

What do you mean the tiles might be too heavy?

Re: Advice needed: Best adhesive for large format?
Im a fan of Mapei Kerraquick mate, great grip and rapid setting! If you are slow at tiling or prefer to mix less frequantly then as Dave said Keraflex Maxi would be a good choice as it has a pot life of up to 8 hours so you could mix it in the morning and it would still be usable in the afternoon.
