I've used ultraplan eco, fantastic stuff, the fibreplan is another good one by mapei and easy to work with.

    What are you leveling onto

Harry - can't go into prices in open forum and Mapei fibreplan as Whitebeam reccommends is my choice of SLC for UFH.
However it is almost double your price for my trade price and a bag of 25kg which makes up 30kg when mixed will cover approx 5sq mteres over 3mm UFH cables.
