I have come across some odd things in my years of tiling but this one is one of the best...or worst depending on how you see it.

Bal AD1 is an admix for adhesives for "improving physical properties/performance" in cementitious powder adhesives.

I met a guy recently that was adding it to dispersion adhesive claiming that it was ok to do so.......couldnt make him change his mind so i just left him to it.

i just dont know what to say to that.........

How did he mix a liquid admix to a dispersion all the way thru

he would splash a bit into the adhesive and stir it up and then claim it had miracle cures ....

For Gods sake

i seen a guy pouring pva into a dispersion tub one day,then paddle mix it up

all i can say is -
