    Default Profix backup?

Anyone know what route you would take with any problems encountered using Profix?

I haven't had any, but am looking to get a couple of pallets in for regular use and my supplier seems to think there is no backup service as it is so cheap....Surely this cannot be true and would probably be breaking every rule in the Trading Standards law book???

I know that, but can anyone categorically confirm that it's BAL I would ring?

I imagine if you have any problems with it, they'll put it down to how you stored it anyway.

Or you used too much water, or you left it standing too long, or you mixed clockwise instead of anti clockwise, or you had grey boxer shorts on instead of blue......

    Cheap - yes

    Awful - no

I had a sample bag of Profix Rapid Flexible sent to me a while ago and I rate it very highly. Lovely to mix and better to serate

And when it sets, it's solid - what more do you want??

I've done the whole BAL, Ardex and Mapei thing for the past 20 years and yes they are good - but you throw the bag away mate and it's the job you're left with that counts

I've tried other 'cheap' sticky/grout before and yes they WERE terrible - this is not
