very light orange colour. What kind of adhesive and grout would be best ??

Hi I have small wall to do with hound filed stone tiles ...
very light orange colour. What kind of adhesive and grout would be best ??
also i have to seal them after... do not know what is best paste to do it.
I'm not familiar with chemicals here.

sorry... another thing is... the tiles are 12 mm thick and 14by14 inch , what do i past my walls before i fix them ?

white flexible adhesive and a probably jasmine grout(mapei) they need sealed before and after grouting

Whats the substrate on the walls, 12mm stone is a fair chunk of weight

hi ... the wall has an old render and skim on ...do not know how long ago its been done.
obviously its a brick wall. 2 of the walls r external .

get the weight remember a skim can only take 20kg per m2.

That stone will be about 36kg with addy, anyway the finish could be scraped off and go direct onto the render

is it not faster to fix cement based board straight on top of the walls ?

Make sure you use mechanical fixing as well as using sticky
