    Default mixing ady and grout

    Is it ok to use my 14.4 cordless to mix up with a 4 pronged whisk? my drill is under warranty.Anyone use their own drill or do you all have high torque,slow speed jobbies?

    I wouldn't use it on anything over a cup full mate, easy way to burn it out in my opinion, not enough torque.

    Depends on the amounts and type and how often I suppose, what else you gonna do with your right arm, word of caution, if mixing addy all day by hand you tend to end up with bucket trowel hand and a grip like a vise, carefull when pointing percy

    I used my cheap corded drill and the results were almost instantanious.After a few attempts at hand mixing this was a dream come true.Unfortunately my electric drill is dodgy with a burnt out switch.I took it apart to investigate when it stayed on constantly after drilling through my "rock hard" back door to fit a cat flap. Probably only use the cordless drill until I can afford something better.
