Hello there, are the walls flat? they should be for mosaics, use an adhesive spreader specifically for mosaics, it has smaller notches, use a powdered adhesive as this will grip the tiles far better than the tubbed versions, remember to acrylic bond the walls before fixing (not pva), setting out points vary for mosaics, you need to give more info.

Hi Gary, use spacers if you feel you need to i.e. they are slipping, put the spacer into the grout line using just one of the legs, that way you can pull them out when the tiles are dry, as you offer the put the mosaics on the wall use a grout spreader or similar to bed them in, this gets them all nice and flat and gives better adhesive coverage, they should not be slipping if you mix the adhesive correctly, however you might want to use spacers between sheets to get the same grout line all over, hope this helps.
