    Default Rapidset floor adhesive and porcelain?

    Is this an ok combination or am I heading for trouble?

    Nope no problems. You just need to make sure that your rapid set is suitable for use with tiles - not all are.

    totally agree as long as it say's porcel bond or similar on bag then OK....thats is if indeed it is porcelain....dave

    just read the bag instuctions.

    "Suitable for fixing ceramic floor tiles and quarries . Can be used to fix marble, limestone, terrazzoadn mosaics when incorporating a flexible additive pre-diluted 50:50 with water"

    Doesn't specifically mention porcelain.

    You will need to add a polymer additive to it............dave.....

    Or exchange it for a suitable adhesive...........bal adhesives are spot on.....
