But I can't find a tile store that stocks Weber products.

You may find that all the adhesives firms do a bit of a 'bible' you know. See what stores you have locally, and then checkout what adhesives they sell, and give the manufacturer a bell, they'll be glad to sort you out.

I know CTW (Ceramic Tile Warehouse) also sell Weber gear, but i'm not 100% convinced you get your money's worth. Also the pot life on the weber gear doesn't seem to be very long, which is a definite consideration for me, as i'm slow as hell! lol

Am i right thinking Weber Set Plus is a non flexi powder? And can you just put an additive in to make it flexible?? CTW don't stock this (at least, it's not on the price list) though unfortunately..

It is slightly flexible but not enough for timber, where you can add AD250 neat with the powder to make a 2 part adhesive.
