    Default De-couplers

Well taken out a mortgage and just taken delivery of my first load of Watec2E to use as a decoupler. Now taking a couple of weeks boating before getting "Stuck in". Need it after a week.- Discovered newly installed sceptic tank leaking- £1000 of fire surround not manufactured to uniform size ( part installed before discovered). Lead valley in own house leaking- only been laid 10 yrs. Trouble is I suspect lead was early Chinese/Indian import.
