    Default Shower Grout Issues

    Hi All
I have recently built 3 shower cubicles, the carcas on all 3 is made from a green hydroboard which I then tiled and grouted. All 3 show visible hairline cracks in the grout - mainly on the middle of all 3 sides and there is no signs of any cracks in the tiles. The cracking generally starts half way down the the tiled area. The grout that I have used is called hydrofuge which is specially used for wet areas. Obviously I will have to rake out and start again - Could someone give me some advice on a suitable/ easy tool to rake out the damaged grout and a suitable grout to use and any ideas on how long the raking out may take?

    Thanks

    James
