You can get epoxy grout haze removers but as for Coefficent of Friction factor then a quick call to the epoxy grout removers tech line should help......Not a problem i have come across...

    hope that helps..

you could try litonet its a good epoxy grout cleaner i use it when using the litokol starlike epoxy gout ,it removes residue very well without damaging the tiles you are going to need a buffing machine and some red/green scouring pads to remove the haze and then finish with clean water and white pads to buff good luck if you need to know where to get the litonet p.m me

Thanks dave the easiest way would be to just run over it with a diamond pad and it would fly off but the finish of the bizazza would also then be smooth defeating the object of the carborundum finish. to make matters worse the tiles are discontinued

I thought more on the lines of a scotch pad, but as you say you have to very careful or they loose the finish...Have you spoke to mosaic company about them..?
