    Default Tilemaster ultimate

    Hi
I have mentioned before that when tiling on old wooden floors my prefered method has been to lay down Bal fastflex followed by 6mm Hardibacker, which is also screwd down and then i fibre tape the joints before laying down more Fastflex to with the tiles.
This has always work very very well, however the Bal Fastflex is so expensive i asked my suplier what they recomeded, which was Tilemaster Ultimate i am considering using this on my next bathroom floor job again with Hardibacker and wodered if anyone eles used it and is it any good also they recomened using Flexmaster additive ??
    Thanks

there are lots of other brands which make the rubber crumb types of adhesive such as bal fast flex ,they work out cheaper than the bal fast flex and perform just as well, webber, palace ,nicobond and ultra all make this type of adhesive, so if this specification has worked for you and you are happy with it and it is only price which is the issue my advice is to shop around some of the other brands good luck Gary
