standard set adhesive in the
Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums;
i was wondering whats the lowest price standard set floor tile adhesive.
i normally use bal but thought id save myself a few quid.... -

James - I would have thought Webber through CTD would be very competitive for you.
I'am sure it has a 10 year warranty and is part of the St Gobain Group.
Remember price is not the only criteria in choosing your adhesive and you should always test its compatibility with your own working methods to see if it 'suits you sir'!

also do you need standard set flexi,or non flexi.Prices also depend on store location,quantities bought etc

i use weber most of the time and find it mixes really easy and spreads great. As Timeless John says CTD can supply use this at a really competative price. they also sell bal. I opened an account with them by mentioning that i was a member of this forum, no invoices needed, no waiting just opened it for me gave me 30% off list price. hope this helps.

do ctd deliver cause if i remember rightly their isn't one for 50 miles!
i normally use bal rapid or topps flexi just thought id try standard with the warm weather at the moment.
probably go and get webber as one of the stores sells it near me.

Yes it is and found it easy to work with just tiled 400m2 of floor with it no problems at all , nice consistancy no lumps good working time and sets within its stated time .

Try the Biscem Thin and Thick Bed easy to mix and use should be stocked localy near you
